He specializes in and is deeply passionate about business valuation, financial modeling, and strategic planning. Donor is a former banker and a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of fostering SME growth across Zimbabwe and the SADC region. His hands-on experience as both a founder and a consultant has contributed to multiple business success stories. A product of business incubation and mentorship himself, he is deeply passionate about equipping the next generation of entrepreneurs through training and guidance. Donor holds an MBA awarded with Distinction, specializing in Entrepreneurial Finance, and brings a wealth of expertise in banking, SME finance, project management, and business development. He has keen eye for business potential, strategy, and unlocking appropriate funding for small and medium enterprises.

Elvis Mukundwa

Elvis is a Certified Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in financial reporting and management accounting. He is a seasoned expert in corporate governance, including the KINGS framework, as well as ESG standards. His background spans roles such as Financial Manager, Management Accountant, and Financial Accountant across the FMCG, motor, and engineering industries. In addition to his corporate expertise, Elvis is a dedicated educator and trainer, having delivered extensive training in governance, auditing, and management, and currently serves as a part-time lecturer for ACCA and CIMA professional modules.
